Calcium sulfate Applications
1. The raw materials of cement, calcium sulfate hemihydrate and sulfuric acid. Used as a filler in the paint and paper industry. Used as Agro-chemical fertilizer to reduce soil alkalinity and improve soil performance.
2.Food-grade calcium sulfate can be used as nutritional supplements (calcium fortification), coagulant, yeast food, dough conditioner, chelating agent, and also for tomatoes, potatoes, tissue strengthening agent, brewing water hardener and wine flavor enhancer.
3.As a filler for epoxy resin, it has high strength, high temperature and good wear resistance.
4. Calcium sulfate can also be used in cosmetics and toothpaste.
